Nothing to do, it’s good! The table is set for Wagyu crossbred Angus beef from Viandes à Côté du Bordeleau de Clerval, marketed throughout Abitibi-Témiscamingue. This meat has a unique taste thanks to its generous marbling and much sought-after tenderness, and is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Our meat is the result of the unique genetics of Wagyu Fullblood bulls acquired from prestigious American breeders. Our steers are 100% raised on our farm in Clerval, on pasture and in one of our two large barns for their comfort. They are fed grass and local grains from our region, respecting the development of the animal and its muscular fiber.
