L’espace Terra Luna

Located in Rouyn-Noranda, Espace Terra Luna offers yoga classes for women year-round. At Terra Luna, yoga is a slow (aside from a few more dynamic classes), intuitive practice deeply rooted in the body. The studio also offers natural and holistic facials for women who want to gently care for their skin, as well as herbalism and naturopathy consultations.
Throughout the year, workshops, rituals, and women’s circles are offered. Workshops include: identifying medicinal plants, herbalism workshops, lunar rituals, celebrations of the wheel of seasons, and many others.
