Le Goût du Pays is a small farm that produces artisanal stone-ground flour from Temiscamingue grains. It produces a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, and picks wild fruits and vegetables to showcase the edible treasures of our forests and meadows. You’ll be able to taste their delicious Glaçons du Pays, birch water popsicles flavoured with forest syrups, herbal teas and wild chocolate, and much more! In their small farm convenience store at the corner of Route Lefort and Chemin du 1er Rang towards Île du Collège, in a postcard-perfect panorama, they sell fresh and processed products to showcase the region’s gustatory riches.
