Lieu historique national d’Obadjiwan–Fort-Témiscamingue

Flèche vers la gauche
Flèche vers la droite

A trading post, an enchanted forest, a beach bordering a 110-kilometre lake, 6,000 years of Aboriginal presence, two centuries of rivalry for control of the fur trade – that’s the Obadjiwan-Fort-Témiscamingue National Historic Site! Located in Abitibi-Témiscamingue, at the heart of the region’s history, this national historic site is a former fur-trading post that’s well worth a visit. Site co-managed with the Timiskaming First Nation.
