To participate, simply meet the eligibility criteria stated here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Contest is open to anyone who has reached the age of majority in their province of residence as of their participation in the contest, except for employees, advertising or promotional agencies, freelancers, and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A photo is considered eligible if it meets the following criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It was captured within the territory of Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue, in the province of Quebec.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It relates to the proposed theme: <strong>Contest &#8220;Getaway at your rhythm!&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Immerse yourself in the rhythm of nature, activities, festivals, and outdoor adventures. Show us how rhythm is ever-present in your vacations in Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue. Rhythm is everywhere!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no limit to the number of submissions per participant. Tourism Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue will share participants&#8217; photos throughout the contest via their stories on Facebook and Instagram. The contest winner will be contacted by email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The contest organizers may, at their sole discretion, eliminate entries that do not meet certain requirements, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants agree not to publish photos featuring a third party without their consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos must be free from any rights, including the rights of use, copy, modification, publication, and distribution, for all types of media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any compromising photo that promotes violence, racism, nudity, or any other form of illegal behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, the participant will be automatically disqualified from the contest, and the photo will be reported to the appropriate authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEADLINE TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless otherwise specified, the winner of a prize has 30 days from the date they were officially declared the &#8220;winner&#8221; to claim their prize.
